Green Door Events

Mervyn Edwards can now announce the Green Door History 4 Health Project programme for 2025. As in previous years, this programme offers a chance to improve your health and wellbeing whilst learning more about the history of the local area. Feedback from previous walks/talks suggests that patrons find the service uplifting in providing fascinating historical information in a friendly atmosphere.

All begin promptly at 11 am and last approx. 60 minutes, followed by an opportunity to chat afterwards. They offer patrons a chance to learn more about our local history at the same time as enjoying good company.

Mervyn's Mondays Events
The Green Door History 4 Health programme has proved so popular that additional illustrated talks have now been organised independently of his Green Door arrangements.
Each of the presentations will be held in the Victoria Lounge (the former Reardon's) in Adventure Place, Hanley, unless otherwise noted below.
Admission to each event will be £4.00, payable on the day (Cash Only).
All the one-hour presentations are on Mondays, beginning at 11 am promptly. Everyone is welcome.
